Jim: I started my journey as a laborer back in 1989. I worked for a local custom home builder. I quickly moved up to “carpenter” status. I moved on to a larger commercial building firm and became a union journeyman carpenter. After a few years of working for others, it was obvious to me that I wanted my own business. So, I became a contractor of both remodeling and new construction. Once the new construction bug bit me, I was all in! I transitioned to becoming the full time designer of all of our new homes. In the last 30 years we have never built the same house twice, and have never built a home which I didn’t design. We have been able to create, from scratch, a home that exemplifies quality, and delivers a home truly suited to the way “you” live and function, all while doing so at a very competitive price.

Kerri: I worked in a typical “corporate” situation for many years. Eventually, my position was eliminated due to downsizing. While I was working in the corporate office, I had a side passion called “realtor”. I had so many friends and family looking for properties that I was able to help, that it became my full time career once the opportunity arose. To this day I have helped people realize their dreams of owning everything from vacant land, recreational properties, first time homes, and even custom homes built by my husband. It never gets old. I have such a passion to see others joy and this is what keeps me going. I am now roughly 30 years into this journey and I still love it like its day one!
